Reporting Project Burdened Cost by Bill-To Customer Account in Fusion AI Data Platform

Hi All,

I have a requirement to show project revenue minus project burdened costs per bill-to customer account in Fusion AI Data Platform. I see there is a built-in relationship between revenue and bill-to customer account via the Bill Plan ID. What I do not see is how to relate the cost to the bill-to customer account. We have hundreds of projects with more than one customer account so in those instances, I am seeing the total cost amount against both customers instead of only the bill-to customer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I will also raise an SR with Oracle to see if they have any recommendations.

We built a custom role against a customer contact to help us identify who the primary customer is on a project. This has allowed me to show project revenue and cost against a singular customer.

As this is looking at Billing and Costs, this will need some work in the SME to either extend an out of the box logical star or create a new one.

You should be able to add the Bill To Customer dimension to the standard schema and add a custom calculation to the fact. These can then be exposed through the standard subject areas.
