SME Object Security - Scroll bar for objects

Add a scroll bar to navigate the Objects to be secured.

There are 2 panels in the Object permissions page of the Semantic Model Extensions Security Configuration.
The left panel has the objects to be secured
The right panel has the role assignments
Both panels share the same scroll bar, this creates an issue when trying to set the permissions for objects that are deep down in the left panel pane.

When you scroll down to select objects on the left panel, the scroll also affects the roles on the right panel.

Objects at the top of the left panel are unaffected , you can see the roles on the right panel:

Objects at the bottom of the left panel:

Notice how the roles are no longer visible, you have to scroll all the way up to see them and then scroll all the way down again to sleect the next object on the left panel.

This can be fixed by having independent scrollbars for objects and roles.
