I don't think we have an direct approach for your test case. As otbi is different system/repository and OAC is different repository.
you can to split and use the usage tracking/audit data & Catalog ACL Reports to fulfill your test case.

Can you share me more information about your question? are you looking for all Delivered content information on single dashboard means FDI OAC,OTBI ..etc
Thanks Arjun for your response! I'm looking for inventory of the reports created in OTBI, OAC and their run time metric to create a single dashboard to review the performance of any report on monthly basis.
