Read-Only Access for FDI Console - Workarounds or ER?

Question

We require a way for our support team to monitor pipeline statuses and system health in the PROD FDI Console without the risk of making changes. Since a Read-Only Administrator role does not currently exist, is there an undocumented workaround, or can this be logged as an Enhancement Request for future roadmap consideration?

You can enable event notifications to burst the pipeline run details to users. I believe it is possible for these to be sent to users other than administrators. Please see the blog on this at

For an overall system health, it would also be worth granting access to the Common folder of OAC to show the audit dashboards. You can create a custom Group for these support staff and allocate the relevant application roles for this.
