Which dataset did you use?
HCM Employee Final dataset provided by Oracle.
How did you analyze or prepare the data?
Used Explain on Attrition attribute to find out some key features, Auto-Insights and the AI-Assistant.
Because I tried to replicate data and did some random data manually, data can be bias and dashboard can show incorrected numbers
Who is the intended audience for your visualization?
Human Resource Team who need to be aware of Attrition.
What is your visualization about, and what question or problem does it address?
The visualization is focusing on finding the key measures, corellation and patterns what can be revealed in employee turnover?
Eg: Is income the main factor? or How is attrition dependent on Age? and so on....
Did you use any Oracle Analytics AI features when building your visualization (ex. AI Assistant)? If so, please describe how they were used

How many did Attrition Employee leave by Gender?
