• Derived fields such as:

  • Technician Experience
  • Requests

Within Oracle Analytics Cloud, additional calculations were created:

• SLA Breach %
• Average Customer Rating
• Average Resolution Time etc.

The dashboard is designed for:

It provides both technical insights and business-level visibility (SLA impact).
