Currently our Line Managers having access to ran reports can pull their direct reports Date of Birth and Address information. We were able to restrict our Line Managers from viewing their direct reports Home Addresses and Date of Birth information. But we can't restrict them from pulling this data in reports. We opened an SR and we were told we can’t restrict access to this data in OTBI.
The Home Address and DOB information is considered sensitive for us, and we should be to place a data restriction so that only HR Specialists can report on this information. Otherwise, this could lead to leakage of this sensitive information.
