The current config allows to customise band as needed and also have the two additional custom bands for Performance and potential. Working with the public sector it is a know requirement to have bands for external reporting and internal reporting and these are at times different. While the custom bands for performance and potential are nice to have it would great if this can be extended to other bands too specifically age and tenure.
