I’m currently working with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and have configured and executed the data pipeline for Human Capital Management (HCM).
The pipeline completes successfully without any errors. However, when I open HCM dashboards — for example, the Absence Dashboard — the dashboards display:
The following roles are currently assigned to my user:
- FAW Functional Administrator
- FAW Licensed CX Authors / Consumers
- FAW Licensed ERP Authors / Consumers
- FAW Licensed HCM Authors / Consumers
- FAW Licensed SCM Authors / Consumers
- FAW Modeler
- FAW Modeler Administrator
- FAW Security Administrator
- FAW Service Administrator
- Integration Specialist
I would appreciate guidance on the following points:
- Are additional roles required on the Fusion Applications (source system) side, such as HCM data roles or HR security roles?
- Are there any specific data security roles or duty roles required for HCM subject areas in FDI?
- Could this issue be related to data access/security filters rather than the pipeline configuration itself?
- Are there any post-pipeline steps required, such as:
- data activation,
- semantic model publishing,
- cache refresh,
- or security synchronization?
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the pipeline runs successfully but dashboards still show no data?
Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
