How to create a custom role which can be given to users to schedule the workbooks in Orace FDI ?

How to create a custom role which can be given to users to schedule the workbooks in Orace FDI as we cannot give BI admin access to all the users. Not able to find any role with "Schedule Workbook" access.

Currently, only administrators can schedule workbooks in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence , see the Administrator Permissions documentation  for details.
