I work in the support organization. it would be nice if the diagnostic logs, incident logs, SQL result could be generated and get uploaded to the SR in single one click! Currently, there are many steps to follow.

Also, for access requests, it would be nice if we could do it in one single click as well, instead of going through the whole list, and check what privilages we are missing, and have to add it in OIM one by one.
