We are currently facing an issue while retrieving the nationality headcount for a dashboard that uses two subject areas: Worker Assignment Real Time and Person Real Time.
When applying dashboard prompts such as Legal Employer, Business Unit, etc., the headcount results are not returned correctly. However, the overall headcount (without filters) appears to be accurate.
We suspect this issue might be due to a mismatch or limitation when combining these subject areas with prompted filters.
The issue occurs because Performance Tiles do not support cross subject area queries. This is an OTBI/OBIEE limitation.
As a workaround, we can use the table view, which returns the correct headcount in your case.
