Is it possible to add border based on groups to a table created by Word's BI Publisher Table Wizard?

I created a rtf file using the BI Publisher Table Wizard in Word.

Is there any way to let it add border when a columns value changes? (For example, we want to add a thick border when Order Type changes), so it could look like this in the excel?

(there is a thick border line after A, and another thick border line after B )
