Enhance HCM - Learning Items and Enrollments Subject Area with Organization Hierarchy

Hi,

We are currently using HCM - Learning Items and Enrollments subject area for learning reports, based on the CEAL team's recommendation. This subject area is more flexible and effective compared to the HCM - Learning subject area. However, we have noticed that key hierarchies like Organization Hierarchy and others are not available under the enabled hierarchies.

It would be really helpful if these missing hierarchies could be enabled in the subject area. This enhancement would maker development much smoother and avoid additional customizations.
