How to assign licensed group from oracle fusion application cloud

Hi,

We would like to manage the user provisioning for FDI from Oracle fusion application cloud.

We want to create custom abstract role in oracle fusion application cloud for each FAW licensed group. Assign the abstract role to user in fusion and want the user in FDI to get the FAW licensed group.

I followed the below documentation Assign Licensed Groups to Users. But navigation steps are not clear.

Please can anyone advise if they have already performed this.
