Enabling DFFs is one of the key activity of any FDI implementation. As part of the process the DFF gets modified and published. It would be great to store some details when publishing to enable team know when was enabled and will be published in the run. This will also help in case of error in publish process so the person can investigate what was being published and would have caused error.
This can be a manual input in a text box before the submit or can directly be picked up by system itself as it's already aware of the change being published in the run.
