In standard Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), there is currently no supported capability to upload and use arbitrary custom font files (TTF/OTF) across dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/analytics/24r3/fawig/customize.html
it isn't possible if using DV Workbooks, but is possible using BI Publisher
