As we are aware, Oracle has introduced AI Chatbot functionality in OTM 26B. While reviewing the documentation, we noticed that the setup requires configuration in IDCS . It also appears that Fusion access is required to complete the prerequisite configuration.
We would like to understand how this can be handled for customers who have only an OTM subscription and do not have access to Fusion Applications.
Could you please clarify the following:
- Can the AI Chatbot be configured in OTM environments without Fusion access?
- Are there any alternative approaches available for OTM-only customers?
- Could you also share the complete list of prerequisites, setup steps, and any additional requirements for enabling the AI Chatbot feature?
