Currently, user having BI Data modeler access having ability to create and run SQL queries without any data restriction.
It will be helpful if we have an audit trail that who run which reports/queries.

Users are able to schedule BI Publisher custom reports even after removing the "Schedule Publisher Report" permission from the folder permissions. We need the to not be able to schedule the reports. Attached is the work document with required screenshots.
