I created a Logical SQL query in OTBI, and one of the returned columns is Business Unit.
I wanted to create a prompt based on this column, so I configured the Business Unit column in the analysis as equal to a Presentation Variable named p_business_unit.
Next, I created a dashboard prompt for the Business Unit column and configured it to populate the p_business_unit presentation variable.
The report runs correctly when the prompt is left at its default value, "All Column Values." However, when I select any specific Business Unit value (which I have confirmed exists in the data), the analysis fails and returns the following error:
