Hello @Abd_Razak_Mohamed As Mandeep said, there is no standalone Negotiations Subject Areas but there are many Negotiations related metrics in the Procurement Subject Areas as described here:

I do not see Negotiation SA even listed in the future product road map. I would suggest going thru this pdf provided by Oracle and reach out to one of the Product Managers or log an idea.
