I'm building an absence report in FDI using a Subject Area and filtering by Manager Name (under Assignment manger list).
I've noticed that when an employee changes managers, the report only returns absence records from the date they started reporting to the current manager. Historical absence records under the previous manager are excluded.
However, when I create a Dataset using the same Subject Area fields, I can see the employee's full absence history, regardless of manager changes.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a specific field, hierarchy, or configuration that allows reporting an employee's full absence history while filtering by their current manager?
