Team,
In FDI , how can we know if data pipelines got failed or disables or stopped to get the latest data from the source.
Do we have any way other than manual monitoring and checks?

Hi @User_P7BGD,
Welcome to the Oracle Analytics & AI Community!
As far as I know, Oracle FDI doesn't currently provide built-in notifications specifically for data pipeline failures or when a pipeline is automatically disabled. You can monitor pipeline status from Data Configuration → Manage Connections → Data Pipeline Status. If a data source is disabled, FDI displays a global notification banner with the reason and guidance for re-enabling it.
If you're looking for proactive alerts (such as email, Slack or other notification channels when a pipeline fails), I don't believe this is generally available as a native feature today. This has been raised as an enhancement request in the Oracle Community, which suggests that built-in pipeline failure notifications are not currently supported.
If anyone has implemented an alternative approach or is aware of newer functionality in recent FDI releases, I'd be interested to hear about it.
Hope this help.
Thank you.
