Hello,

I need to add users to FDI. The users are already on Fusion, and all I need is what permissions/Roles/Groups on OCI they need to access only the Home Page of FDI.

I also want to know what Roles or Groups limit their access to specific modules (such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX), creating connections, data flows, etc.

If there is a document that sum up all these info, please share.

At minimum, you should assign each user the relevant module’s FDI Consumer group in OCI IAM:

• FAW_LICENSED_ERP_CONSUMERS
• FAW_LICENSED_HCM_CONSUMERS
• FAW_LICENSED_SCM_CONSUMERS
• FAW_LICENSED_CX_CONSUMERS

This gives home-page/shared-content access only—no Console, pipelines, connections, data flows, datasets, or authoring.

To let them see module data, also assign the required Fusion job-specific group(s) and FDI data-security assignment(s). The Consumer group licenses/signs them in; job/duty/data roles determine subject areas and row-level data.
