Under the Workforce - Absence Management subject area, the Total Duration of Absence (Days) field does not return data for Life Leave and Annual Leave Half Pay. As an alternative, I used the Absence Duration field, which successfully captures all leave types. However, it does not correctly retrieve leave records that span across multiple months. For example, if an employee takes leave from 29 June to 3 July, the leave is not included when filtering for July only. How can this issue be resolved? I want leave data by month wise for each employee.
