Learning Initiative/Assignment Profile Reporting

Hello,

Is it possible or has anyone had success in pulling or creating a BI Publisher report that shows all Active initiatives (Required, Voluntary or Recommended) along with the 'Run As user' field as well. Or is this only available on the front end?

Hi @Johnyjgr ,

You can fetch learning initiatives from table WLF_ASSIGNMENT_RULES where RULE_TYPE = 'INITIATIVE'. There is no 'Run as user' column because this pertains to the scheduled job. You could do a few spot-checks if maybe the 'Run as user' corresponds with the CREATED_BY or LAST_UPDATED_BY column.
