We are finding differences in tax rounding when IRPF is calculated at the time of payment. According to the IRPF calculation, an invoice in the amount of 5,185.58, for example, results in a withholding tax amount of 66.46.
However, when the payment batch is generated in Oracle Cloud, the tax amount is calculated 0.01 higher.
We performed several tests and validations through SR 4-0003064095, and it was confirmed that there is indeed a mathematical rounding discrepancy between Oracle and the legal document.
This rounding difference may occur either upward or downward.
To address this issue and align Oracle’s rounding method with the bank’s rounding method, we were advised to submit this Idea.
