Data Augmentation Extension missing - Oracle
There were some UI changes to Data Augmentation starting with the 24.R3 release. In particular, some Data Augmentation options may need to be enabled through 'Enable Features'.
Since your issue appears to be that the 'Data Augmentation card itself is missing under Data Configuration', it may be worth checking whether this is related to the feature enablement or your current FDI release.

"Got the resolution for the issue. Hope this will help others.
Background: From 23.R3 the Data augmentation for Fusion source will be moved to Fusion Augmentations source. This feature needs to be enabled from General Availability features Connector → "Fusion Augmentation". But looks like this feature rolled out in existing 23.R2 instances.
Fix: There is another General Availability feature on Data Augmentation → "Fusion Augmentation". Enabling this will restore the Data augmentation tile and old augmentations on Fusion source Connection.
Way forward: Migrate the old augmentations from Fusion source to Fusion Augmentation source. Create any new data augmentations under Fusion Augmentation source"
