Content Description: An AI-enabled Health and Safety Incidents Analytics Workbook that helps Health and Safety Managers analyze incidents, incident events, severity, locations, ownership, resolution status, and closure performance across the organization.
With the accompanying AI Agent, users can ask conversational, natural-language questions and instantly uncover meaningful trends—such as open, due, and overdue incidents; incident severity; event types; incident locations; ownership; time since open; and time to close by organization or time period. Best Practices:
Be specific about the incident or incident-event metric, status, severity, location, owner, and time period you want to analyze, such as open incidents, overdue incidents, incident events, time since open, or time to close.
Good examples:
- Which incident locations have the highest number of overdue incidents this year?
- Which incident types have the highest number of Major severity incidents?
- What incident event types are occurring most often this quarter?
- Which incident owners have the highest number of open and due incidents?
Avoid:
- Generic questions like “Show safety status.”
- Mixing incident and incident-event metrics in one question unless you explicitly want a comparison.
- Using incident-event metrics when asking about incident status, severity, or closure performance.
- Using vague terms like “high risk” without specifying incident severity, open incidents, due incidents, or overdue incidents.
