We are attempting to set up an EPM connection using the Preview Feature Oracle EPM Planning Integrator. In the Request History tab on the console, it shows two entries: Initialize Connection and Refresh Metadata. The initialize connection step has been sitting in "In Progress" status for more than 12 hours and the Refresh Metadata is Queued.
What exactly is happening during the initialization that could take this long? Or is it stuck? There doesn't appear to be any log or ability to kill the request. It is a clear deficiency in a lot of the areas within FDI that there isn't any useful logging of certain activities.
