This post shares sample content for Fusion HCM Analytics of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) using Oracle AI Data Platform.
Content Description: The Employee Flight Risk Prediction Data Science Pack enables HR and business leaders to identify active employees who may be at risk of voluntary termination and understand the factors associated with that risk. It combines Fusion HCM Analytics data, an Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP) machine-learning notebook, and an Oracle Analytics workbook.
The pack supports users in:
- Identifying active employees with elevated predicted flight risk.
- Understanding the available factors contributing to an individual employee’s positive risk prediction.
- Comparing predicted risk across departments, business units, and other workforce segments.
- Using workforce insights to guide retention planning and targeted HR interventions.
The solution uses FDI HCM data from workforce, absence, compensation, performance, learning, talent, health and safety, and time-and-labor subject areas. The notebook prepares the data, trains and evaluates supported classification models, selects the production model based on test-set Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC), and scores the active employee population.
The outputs include employee-level risk predictions, available row-level explanations, model-performance metrics, and model artifacts. These outputs are made available in the Oracle Analytics workbook for interactive analysis and reporting.
Intended Audience: Data scientists and ML practitioners, HR analysts
