Idea Lab: https://community.oracle.com/products/oracleanalytics/discussion/29981/ask-the-business-a-governed-decision-swarm-where-every-number-is-traceable

Guided Build: Shipment_Routing_Agent - Chat Trigger -> Guardrails (PII masked, content moderation and prompt injection blocked) -> Executor Agent on google.gemini-2.5-flash, with a Spark SQL tool over gold_shipments, gold_fleet and the notebook's gold_shipment_risk classifications, and a RAG tool over the 4 shipping policy PDFs (supply_chain_knowledge_base). Screenshots attached: the agent flow, and the Playground answer to "Should shipment S1005 be rerouted?" (do not reroute yet: High risk at 0.82, but truck T-014 is not available for dispatch and its cooling unit needs a check for temperature-controlled medical supplies; $18,800 cost of inaction).

Open Build: "Ask the Business", a governed decision swarm. A planner splits a business question, data scouts pick tables from the catalog (restricted columns withheld), SQL analysts run read-only queries, a context agent pulls policy passages, a recommender writes the brief, and a deterministic critic drops any number that doesn't match its rows. Asked "Why did West margin fall since July 2025?", it answered in 11.4 s: gross margin fell 13.3 pts (38.9% to 25.6%), driven by discount +13.3 pts and freight per unit +60.1%, with 10 claims verified, 0 rejected, and every figure linked to its query. SQL supplies the numbers, RAG supplies the reasons, and the model ties them into one brief. Screenshot attached.
