Currently, it seems that the only way to provide knowledge base is to upload a file which is static. It would be nice to be able to connect to a Sharepoint folder or a secured CMS system.

First feel of the platform when i navigate gives it would be better to make it much more developer/User friendly navigation and have some colorful impression.
Better error messages and UI. Also should autoresolve.
There are more opportunities to make the workspace much more better where we connect different tools together.
