The ability to link Fusion financial data, with data from Epic, and allow unstructured policy documents to be loaded and/or managed via Epic or other 3rd party systems would be helpful. So, if a unstructured best practices documents change, we would need the agent to recognize this change as it relates to supply chain and financial data. Ex: if Emergency Department treatment best practices change, that will impact purchase orders. Having a direct link where purchase orders and financial projections can update in real time as those best practices change will improve supply delivery accuracy and financial projection accuracy. Expediting the response to such changes is the priority, so the ability to refer to 3rd party managed unstructured documents would also improve performance.
