OBIA HR Analytics
Hi,
Can anyone confirm for me that there is no 'out of the box' method for running a query on the annual leave allowance for an employee in HR?
Thinking aloud I cannot see how accruals (in absence and accruals subject area) can do it for me as an accrual is the amount of leave you should have taken at a point in time, and what I am after is the amount of leave which is accrued to the entire year, ignoring any leave taken.
I have searched the repository and cannot see any explicit means of doing this, is there any implicit means? (add leave taken back to accrued figure for month 1 and multiply by 12 - or similar)
So, easy question, is there a standard way to get the Annual Leave figure using standard OOTB functionality, and if yes, how?
Many thanks for your input,
Robert.
