Agent - Action - errors out of box with

Hi,

Out of the box OBIA functionality errors on trying to go to the action tab of agents (BI Bots as was) or go to invoke java method.

The error is =>

Soap invocation failure. HTTP error code: '<env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope"><env:Header/><env:Body><env:Fault><env:Code><env:Value xmlns:env="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope">env:Receiver</env:Value></env:Code><env:Reason><env:Text xml:lang="en-US">java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission" "context=SYSTEM,mapName=oracle.bi.system,keyName=system.user" "read")</env:Text></env:Reason><env:Role></env:Role></env:Fault></env:Body></env:Envelope>'.

As this is 'Access Control Exception' on oracle security jps service credstore is this issue as simple as a we need to find the credential store folder(s) and open their access rights?

Anyone give me a clue on this one please?
