obiee 12c- config.cmd file in windows 7(not starting)

Hi,

I'm setting up a testing environment for obiee 12c (Windows 7 platform) & I'm already on the BI-Configuration steps.

Sharing an error I got when starting the config.cmd from defaulot path \Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bi\bin

Appreciate your feedback/help. Thank you!
