how to make excel as Default output format in obiee 11g
Do you want to keep rest of the export options and just make Excel as Default Output option?
OR
You want to get rid of rest of the export option and only use Excel export option?
Please be aware there is no out of the box solution for achieving the same , either of the case above would need some customization.

Ok once more to be precise since you're mixing terminologies here or using them interchangeably which causes confusion:
1.) "Report" as in "a BI Publisher Report object"?
2.) "An Oracle Business Intelligence Analysis object" which you have simply chosen to refer to as a "Report"?
