People, i need some help about a feature in Obiee 12c, and a i need know more about - it

Anyone use this or please cant explain me better !?

- Query Sharing cant improve the performance, when a lot of users, use the same dashbord ? ( with same filters ? )

i understand the concept, but not the real thing.
