Hi All,
Is there a way to add attachment note with HTML Tags in Agent . I am trying to add HTML Links with Hyperlinks in message note, but HTML tags are not applying.

Shortest possible answer: No.
Longer answer: No. Even with "Deliver Results Directly" there are enough issues with many mail clients just completely messing things up and not comprehending/interpreting the MIME types correctly.
