OTBI/OBIEE - Filter Operator - based on result from another analysis is not working properly

I have a OTBI report to filter the person number not in person number from another analysis (Filter Operator - based on result from another analysis) .
The filter is working for sometime only if i remap or repoint the Sub Query analysis. But, After sometime the filter doesn't work at all, again I have to remap or repoint the sub query analysis
Can anyone share the solution for this please..
