DAC 11g starting mutiple mappings in single load plan

hi,

We have DAC 11g. While running DAC load plan, we found that multiple sets of mapping been triggered into single load plan.

i.e. if we have 10 infa mappings inside 1 DAC load plan , then DAC triggers multiple sets of mappings inside single load plan, so same 10 mappings been triggered 2-3 times, total 20-30 mapping gets triggered. 1st set works fine & completes but other set of mapping get stopped. so 1-10 mapping get completed & 2nd set from 11-20 goes into stopped status.

found below errors in log file
