Anyone has any idea how to publish a BI Pub report with prompts to be able to run on a dashboard. BI Version 11.1.1.7.151

You can get the BI publisher report link and add it to the OBIEE dashboard, use the 'Embedded content" Object. For the prompts you can either create a OBIEE dashboard prompt and assign a presentation variable name same as the BI publisher parameter name (example here https://blogs.oracle.com/xmlpublisher/running-bip-reports-in-biee-with-prompts ) or display the BI publisher toolbar.
