Hi All,

We have around 4 environments in our company, during the refresh activities DBAs lost the BIPLATFORM and MDS schemas.

We have the schemas of other environemnt like DEV, SIT, PROD we only lost a UAT environment specific schemas. Any idea how we can recover these schemas from other systems.

Regards,

Suresh

For time being you may point UAT console to any other environment to make sure your uat bi is up and running.

mean time you can think of what to do with uat schema like going for rcu creation for uat or else copy from any other environment.

    Thanks Srini,

Users are already pointed at UAT db through a backup environment, but we need to fix this broken environment. It seems like its impossible to recover it with other environment db schemas as its using lots of internal component codes. as mentioned below each environment holds different component code. I dont know where can I get these complenents names from

Ask your DBAs to restore the UAT schemas from the backups that they, as good DBAs, will have been taking on a regular basis?...
