How to clear the image cache of all OBIEE users from IE browser automatically after the logo change

Question

We have a requirement of clear the image cache of all OBIEE users one time automatically after the logo change process.

Do we have automatic cache clear capability through OBIEE to achieve this requirement?

If yes,could you please provide us the whole process

If No,what is the other way to meet this requirement

Please let me know for further information if any required or you need more details to understand the requirement
