My BI server 11g down from I had fill the wrong password?

I consult with my consultant. They answer it because I had fill the wrong password when I deploy a new repository. I’m not sure this is the real problem or not. Is it possible that I just fill the wrong password and it cause the server down? Do you have the better solution for this problem?
