OBIEE 12C Post Installation Issues

Hello Experts,
I installed OBIEE 12C on Windows 8, After installation from the start obips1 and obis1 services are not starting.
Below are the errors,
Admin server log

There are no errors in obis1-diagnostic log, although i found this in obis.out File,

Did anyone else encountered a similar situation? Please help me in resolving this issue.

I guess the best option is to change the compatibility of setup.exe to Windows 7 and try it.

Hi
Windows 8 is not a supported platform for OBIEE 12C. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/fusion-middleware/documentation/fmw-1221certmatrix-2739738.xlsx
You can try change the compatibility settings but I have little hope that it might work smoothly.

Along with this , ensure you check if Windows Registry is clean . It does not have any trace of earlier OBIEE installed.
Rename the earlier folders .
