Hello again,

this question is about the drill function inside a BI Dashboard. The following error is raised, if the dashboard contains more than 9 dashboard prompts

and the user tries to drill down:

Error Codes: OAMP2OPY:E4BHSJTH:OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65PAn error occurred while trying to generate drill down query.Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)State: HY000. Code: 14061. [nQSError: 14061] Specified drill-down selection does not exist. (HY000)SQL Issued: {CALL NQSGenerateDrillDownQuery(".....")}

Does BI does have any restrictions regarding the number of dashboard prompts? I can combine any random 9 prompts and all is working

as expected, but if a tenth is added, the error above is shown when drilled down.

I'm using OBI 12c.

kind regards

    Hi,

    Take a look at this note: 12c Drilling Into Hierarchy Produces Error: [nQSError: 14061] Specified drill-down selection does not exist (Doc ID 2191004.1), and see if it applies to you.
