Anyone has idea about informatica license cost ? all prebuild mappings will work in new informatica tool ? we just wants to use all prebuild mappings and data for other reporting tool?

Informatica is another company, you need to ask them.
I would double check the licensing of your OBIA, because not sure you can split the product apart and use pieces with other reporting tools (and for sure you still need full OBIA license for it anyway).
