Hi ,

BI publisher 10.1.3.4.2 can't connect on Oracle DB 19C , anyone have idea to upgarde BI publisher 10.1.3.4.2 to 11.1.1.7 ?

    Upgrade Publisher from an unsupported 10g to an unsupported 11g?

    Why not upgrade to a supported version that is less than 10 years old?

    The database being more than 10 years younger than your Publisher, it's probably the security settings limiting the version of drivers allowed to connect. If it's that (but you don't give any error or anything), it can be configured on the DB side, but hopefully your DBA will not accept that and you will upgrade to a supported version.
